Phase 1 · Nomination & Screening
→ Top 30Member association representatives submit nominations. AWS and EY independently review and score each entry to produce the Top 30 shortlist.

Phase 2 · Expert Judging
→ Top 10An independent panel of judges reviews the Top 30 and selects the Top 10 finalists across all categories.

Phase 3 · Final & Awards
→ Top 5Finalists are assessed at a live event, where the Top 5 winners are chosen and announced.
